7 Former Cruiserweights Who Should Return To WWE Raw

4. The Original Sin Cara

Okay, hear me out now...

Of course there is a version of the Sin Cara character on WWE television, although this stockier incarnation doesn't qualify for the cruiserweight division. The original Sin Cara, however, would and, although his previous stint with the 'E is best left forgotten, he's done a good job of rebuilding his reputation for in-ring excellence down in Mexico.

Now plying his trade as Caristico in CMLL, he's shown everyone what all of the fuss was about in the first place, ripping it up with guys more comfortable with his style. The man who was once upon a time the biggest draw in Mexico is starting to get positive notices again and people are paying to see him. His performances have improved so much that he recently worked a match for New Japan for the first time in many years.

No, this first Sin Cara did not endear himself to everyone during his first run under Vince McMahon's employ. From refusing to learn the English language to his continuous botching to his Wellness Policy violation to stopping a match live on Raw because of a dislocated finger, there were a lot of guys in the back who felt he wasn't worth the investment and there were few protestations when he was eventually given the axe.

Today, a couple of years removed from the disappointment of that run, the original Sin Cara is ready to come back and make a difference in a division tailor-made for him. He'd need a new gimmick and mask first though, obviously.
